Dear John,
Thank you for your assistance, today I went to collect my belongings and after a lot of hanging around which is usual over here I finally got my Pallet, I must say John your packing and wrapping was superb you did a great job and I will, I hope in the not too distant future be using your services again, I was delighted with the service and nothing missing or broken thank you.
Solex and their agent were also very helpful and I would like to convey my gratitude to them through yourself if it wasn’t for them I can tell you the Customs would have tried to nail me to the floor in the end I paid 8.500Bhts a fraction of the original amount.
Well John I just needed to express my thanks and I hope to be in touch soon.

Dear John,
Re: 1 case personal effects by ‘Pegasus Bay’ to Sydney
Container of goods gratefully received, only one small vase chipped, otherwise all items in excellent condition. Very many thanks for your careful packaging. We all had great fun unpacking, only one complaint from my youngest daughter that I hadn’t freighted the KEYWORD game (Similar to scrabble), it ended up either at the Church bazaar or the hospice shop - well you can’t win them all !! Koala [cuddly toy.] finally glad to be back at home in OZ after such a long absence and lonely ocean trip. He had lost a little weight as ships catering not that good in cargo class but is now fine after a hearty meal and took no time at all to warm up in 30c+ heat. Mind you it’s currently pouring with rain and the temperature is about 18c... Once again thank you for your assistance.
